Developing a transformational, global executive leadership program
Our client wanted to improve the performance of their global organization to meet changes driven by digitalization and rapidly changing demands of customers.
To deliver this step-change in performance, there was a clear need to strategically invest in the organization’s leadership; empowering leaders to drive this shift in performance by enhancing their capabilities.
A 3-day F2F workshop focused on operational leadership. This consisted of a variety of topics, such as understanding the role of a leader in the context of business, situational leadership and managing change.
Operational Excellence 1-day workshops concentrated on the more technical aspects of the business.
A program which encouraged participants to think about authentic leadership, connect their personal values with business values, how to be strategic, visionary and lead culture change.
1:1 coaching touch points throughout to embed the changes.
360 feedback based on updated General Manager competencies and DISC profiles, along with 1:1 coaching which gave each GM specific feedback and a personalized development plan.
So far, our performance consultants have run the program with the Brand Experience senior leadership team, to the Managing Director in Australia and her first line directors and to General Managers in South Africa, Japan, Dubai, South Korea and Europe.
