Former Scientific Strategy Director in the Scientific Center of Excellence, he is now Director, AI-Augmented Learning Strategy within Strategy and Innovation, wielding expertise in scientific communication and oncology, chronic, and rare-disease training.

She brought that passion to the pharmaceutical space as she has over 10 years of experience in the industry having worked on the launches of 20+ products. Kalee has extensive experience at agencies and client-side, leaving her well placed to help our teams deliver excellence across all our solutions.
As Global Client Development Director at Nazaré, Kath designs engagement strategies that build learning cultures centered on the employee experience. She partners with global organizations to craft learning journeys that connect behavior with purpose, empowering people and driving performance.

As EVP for Inizio Biotech, Dean spearheads business development for Inizio efforts across our business units and agencies focused on emerging biotech organizations. Prior to this role commencing in 2022, Dean worked 5 years at STEM Healthcare, growing US business development and then as North America President.
Before joining the healthcare services sector, Dean had an entire career at AstraZeneca, progressing through 16 roles with increasing responsibility in Sales, Training, Market Research, Marketing, Market Access, and US Executive Leadership.
