An insight-led, modular learning program that leverages storytelling principles
Our client wanted to reimagine how their Digital and Commercial Teams engaged with the global healthcare community to deliver greater impact and an uplift in performance.
We carried out and analyzed a series of stakeholder interviews to identify the engagement challenges being faced. Following the interviews, we designed a bespoke, modular learning program based on these insights, to enhance leadership and communications skills.
