A global luxury automotive brand wanted to strengthen leadership capabilities among their lead instructors. While this group had exceptional technical expertise, their experience in people management varied significantly.
These instructors worked in fast-paced, field-based environments where traditional training formats — like extended classroom sessions or virtual modules — were not practical or well suited. The goal was to help these leaders more effectively manage daily operations, motivate their teams, and deliver strong guest experiences, without disrupting their ability to work in the field.
We designed and delivered a three-day, in-person workshop built around three leadership dimensions:
The workshop focused on peer insight-sharing and applied learning. To support the coaching and feedback dimension, we introduced an AI-powered conversation simulation platform that gave learners the opportunity to practice coaching conversations with a virtual partner.
Unlike traditional roleplay, which can often feel uncomfortable or forced, this platform provided:
The simulation experience allowed learners to engage meaningfully with challenging dialogue scenarios and refine their coaching techniques in a private and judgment-free setting.
The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive:
The AI simulation tool was consistently highlighted by learners and stakeholders as a valuable and engaging element of the program. It allowed participants to apply the workshop content in a hands-on way and build practical coaching skills that aligned with the demands of their real-world roles.
